The Play or Host iOS app does not collect, store, or transmit any user data to Studio Webux or any third-party servers. The app operates entirely using your personal iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit service.

• No developer-owned backend or servers
• No analytics, tracking, or telemetry in the app
• No personally identifiable information collected by the developer
• All data remains exclusively in your private iCloud storage

2. iCloud CloudKit Usage

Play or Host uses Apple's iCloud CloudKit service to sync your data across your devices. This means:

• All app data is stored in your personal iCloud account
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Apple's security standards
• Only you have access to your data through your Apple ID
• The developer has no access to your iCloud data
• Your data is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

3. User Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create within Play or Host, including but not limited to:

• Character sheets and character data
• Journal entries and session notes
• Custom templates and data lists
• Oracle configurations
• Card deck configurations
• Dice roll history

Studio Webux owns the app code and design, but does not own, claim rights to, or have access to any user-generated content.

4. Third-Party Services

The Play or Host app does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking tools. The only external service used is Apple's iCloud CloudKit, which is integral to iOS data synchronization.

5. Data Export and Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• You can manage your iCloud data through your device Settings
• Deleting the app from all your devices will stop syncing, but data remains in iCloud
• To permanently delete your data, you must manage your iCloud storage through your Apple ID settings
• You can contact Apple Support for assistance with iCloud data management

6. Children's Privacy

Play or Host does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by not collecting any data from users of any age.

7. Data Security

While Studio Webux implements industry-standard security practices in the app's code, the security of your data primarily depends on:

• Apple's iCloud security infrastructure
• Your Apple ID account security
• Your device security settings

We recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication for your Apple ID.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Studio Webux may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy
• Posting the new Privacy Policy at this URL

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your data:

• Right to access your data (available through your iCloud account)
• Right to delete your data (available through iCloud settings)
• Right to data portability (contact us for export assistance)

Since all data is stored in your personal iCloud account, you have direct control over these rights through your Apple ID settings.

10. This Website

This website uses privacy-focused analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed.

• No cookies are used, and no data is sold or shared with advertisers
• No personally identifiable information is collected, and visitors are not tracked across other websites
• Visits are recorded in aggregate: page URL, referrer, browser, operating system, device type and country
• IP addresses are used only to derive the country and are never stored
• Requests sent with a "Do Not Track" browser setting are not recorded

This applies to the website only. The iOS app contains no analytics of any kind, as described in sections 1 and 4.
